Quatation Notification
June 15, 2026
AUCTION NOTICE
Competitive quotations are invited for the demolition and removal of the Palode Sub-Health Centre building in Thachanattukara Grama Panchayath.
Rates must be quoted by evaluating the cost of demolition while accounting for scrap and all reusable materials, such as roof tiles and timber components. The contractor who quotes the highest rate—calculating an excess amount to be paid to the Panchayath for the reusable items over the demolition cost—will be selected.
Facilities will be provided to inspect the building. The quotation that is most advantageous/profitable to the Panchayath will be chosen. Quotations must be submitted in sealed covers to the Panchayath Office.
Estimated Valuation Amount: ₹ 1,611
Last Date & Time for Receiving Quotations: 10.09.2026, 03:00 PM
Date & Time for Opening Quotations: 10.09.2026, 04:00 PM
Terms & Conditions:
The Grama Panchayath Committee reserves the full right to accept or reject any quotation.
An additional 18% GST on the quoted rate must be paid to the Panchayath.
If the date of opening the quotations happens to be a holiday, the quotations will be opened at the same time on the next working day.
Demolition must be completed without causing damage to existing assets other than the specified building (e.g., trees, compound wall, gate, well) and without removing topsoil/earth outside of the building structure.
Dismantled materials and building debris must be safely removed under the contractor's own responsibility without causing liability to neighboring landowners or the Panchayath. Debris must not be dumped on nearby roads or public spaces without prior permission.
All existing rules and regulations shall apply to this quotation process.
Further details can be obtained directly from the Thachanattukara Grama Panchayath Office during working hours.
